I built the AI Triage Agent because the problem was obvious: every support team has a knowledge base full of resolved tickets and docs, and every new ticket is basically a question that's already been answered somewhere. The agent just connects those dots automatically.

Why this exists

The first reply takes too long

Support agents spend the first 10 minutes of every ticket hunting for context. That's where most SLA breaches happen — before anyone even starts typing.

The knowledge is there

Every team has years of resolved tickets, runbooks, and Confluence docs. That institutional knowledge exists — it's just not surfaced at the right moment.

The fix should be invisible

Agents shouldn't have to learn a new tool. The draft reply should appear in Jira, where the work already happens, before anyone asks for it.
